LAFNAC DIGITAL COMPUTERS ROBBERING TOURISTS

Please, pay attention on this note and take care with some NON SERIOUS ELECTRONIC SHOPS on New York that steal your money, when you want to do a great deal buying an Apple product, for example – the new iPod Nano!

Last week, my parents were on vacation in New York and I asked them to buy an iPod Nano for me. They went to LAFNAC DIGITAL COMPUTER (5 W 42nd St New York, NY 10036). At the shop, a salesman called Miguel showed my father their excellent price for the iPod Nano 4GB they had on the store: U$ 250. Correct?

Yes, but he also told him that the iPod Nano pack didn’t include the USB cable to connect on computer. He took off the cable from the box and sold it to my father like an accessory part for U$ 69!!! But, this is not the worst...

After this tipical thief act, Mr. “nice guy” Miguel tried to sell the armbrand for U$ 89!!! And He still sold a USB adapter for this same frightened price. So, my iPod Nano came to me for U$ 250 + U$ 69 (for an “included” USB cable) + U$ 89 for a USB adaptor (travel charger).

Well, I want to know who I can complain with in this case because I’m in Brasil now and I didn’t find any e-mail contact of this ROBBERY STORE called LAFNAC DIGITAL COMPUTER.

This is an alert to the millions of tourists that go to New York every day and want to buy excellent products from a very serious company like Apple - don’t return to your respective countries with a large disappointment and very badly robbery situation like my family’s experience.
